Cesar is the founder and managing partner at Simões Brandão Law Firm. He has extensive experience in Public Law and Corporate Law, focusing in Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy, Corporate Governance, Corporate Reorganization, Litigation and Merger & Acquisitions. He provides high legal services to companies, investment funds, receivables investment funds (FIDIC), real estate investment funds (FII), securitizers, factoring, among others. Specialist in Judicial Administration (trustee), certified by Superior School of Judicial Administration – ESAJ of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice and by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in São Paulo. In addition to his legal background, he has expertise in financial mathematics and management accounting. He has written several legal articles.
Cesar holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has a specialization in business law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC / RJ), in public law from the School of Magistracy of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ), and an extension in financial mathematics and management accounting from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV / RJ).
