Gilson is a Special Counsel at Simões Brandão Law Firm. He has 42 years of experience in the national and international business market, with enormous expertise in founding and managing companies, including multinational companies. During his career, he was member of the board of directors and CEO of companies such as former Brazilian airlines Varig and Webjet, Amadeus Brasil, Lynx Air Taxi, among others. Gilson is recognized as a strategist for his knowledge and vision of the market, especially for his efficiency in business risk management and solution creation. In recent years, he has also worked in the Third Sector, focusing on institutes of commerce, services and transport. He is a founding partner of Rumo Novo Consultoria Empresarial and a speaker in Brazil and abroad.
Gilson holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
